Dream Fish
Three Treasures Sangha of the Pacific Northwest

In the Diamond Sangha Tradition

Shih-T'ou Hsi-ch'ien (700-790)

I built a grass hut where there's nothing of value.
After eating, I relax and enjoy a nap.
When it was completed, fresh weeds appeared.
Now it's been lived in -- covered by weeds....
Though the hut is small, it includes the entire world.

The Seattle Practice Center

Three Treasures Sangha in conjunction with the Mindfulness Community of Puget Sound (MCPS), jointly purchased the Seattle Practice Center in 1997.

TTS maintains a regular practice schedule at the Seattle Practice Center consisting of several weekly practice periods, monthly day-long zazenkai, and periodic multi-day retreats, as well as classes, sangha meetings, occasional social events, monthly gardening days, etc.

The property consists of a double lot with the house on one lot and a garden with a walking path on the other. The center has now been extensively remodeled, making the interior space much larger and the entire space much nicer. We are continuing to work on making the Seattle Practice Center welcoming and accessible to everyone who wants a serious spiritual practice.

The Seattle Practice Center is located in Seattle at 1910 24th Ave South (Map).
